Well..this is about the only time you will ever see anything positive about the Texas Longhorns posted on my blog. Daughter no. 1 is an Aggie so we are all Aggie fans and if you know anything about Texas football you know that Aggies don't like Longhorns. However, congratulations to the Longhorns on their National Title win last night. It was a great game...went down to the wire! Hubbie was cheering for SC all during the game. Not me though. I am a Native Texan and I figure that it's better for a Texas team (even though it is t.u.) to win rather than California. And, since t.u. beat Texas A&M, wouldn't want to have lost to the National Champions than the team that lost the Championship game?
Concert plans might be shaping up to go see Tracy Byrd at Billy Bob's in February. I know I have posted before how much I think Billy Bob's in Ft.Worth sucks but a big group of friends that I haven't seen in a few years is going so it looks like it might turn out to be a fun weekend!
